The latest generation KTM 450 SX-F/XC-F and Husqvarna FC 450/FX 450 has a chassis that's a bit more rigid than the prior generation, leaving room for improvement in the comfort department. However, it's also quite easy to go to far and get away from certain characteristics that make this bike good out of the box.

Our stiff option maintains the torsional stiffness of chassis while adding just a bit of comfort from a fore-to-aft motion. Meaning the bike keeps its sharp handling, especially at the rear, while taking the edge off from chop and impacts. This product is mostly recommended for a pro level rider looking to keep the precision of the chassis and gain just a bit of comfort.

Our medium option adds flex in both situations, meaning the hits will be more nullified but the bike will also settle more, conform to the track and overall give just a bit more flex. This product is recommended for general motocross usage but maybe not the perfect choice for the top level riders who place the most load on their bikes.

Our soft option is for the off-road racer who needs the bike to settle and deflect less across rocks, edges, tree roots, etc. This set offers the most comfort and additional flex. However on a motocross track, these sets can leave the bike feeling a bit vague at both ends for some riders.
